The 9th  meeting of the SEE Heritage Network took place in Tirana, Albania from 12th until 14th of  July 2011. The members discussed the previous activities and possible joint projects and development.  Representative of  TACSO (Technical Assistance to Civil Society Organization) presented TACSO  work in the Western Balkan region , main projects and the EU funding opportunities for civil society organizations in IPA countries (Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance). The meeting was followed by a public debate on "Illicit Trade of Works of Art, Case of Albania" and a site visit for Network members to Historical site of Kruja near Tirana.
